Prices range between £62 and £160 pcm, inclusive of all utilities, such as electricity, wifi internet, administration costs, building maintenance and rates. Please join our mailing list to keep up to date on studio availability in the future.

Any artist can apply for studios or exhibition space at We Are Closed. We advertise studio availability through our mailing list, social media and wider networks. We accept applications from artists working in any medium and at any stage in their career. Artists will be selected on the basis of their personal need for a studio, artwork and most importantly the artist’s desire to contribute to the studio community as a whole. We remain open to the various forms this contribution might take.
